THE DANGER OF NAKEDNESS PART 1 BY Tosin Adegoke

Matter Arising

Let me quickly remind you that, a man is naked not because he lacks cloth but because of his alienation from God. Many destinies have been endangered and punctured due to their nakedness. A naked man is vulnerable to attack of all sorts, anytime and anyday. You readiness to remain naked is authenticated by your total rejection of God.  

"He that hath no rule over his own spirit is like a city that is broken down, and without walls." Proverbs 25:28.

A walless city is truly no city because the fundamental requirement for a genuine city is its wall of defense. If it is fenceless, it is defenseless. Thus, any man that stays in such city is not secured. So also is any one that has no Jesus as his covering. You just imagine the tragedy of a broken city that is without wall. Such is the true state of a Man that lacks God's presence. There are many dangers inherent in living without the assurance of God's presence.

How do you want to be protected and shielded when you are out of covering. In fact, the hope of being secured would be dashed totally the moment you throw yourself out nakedly. A naked man is a miserable man and his miserableness would welcome misfortune and different forms of nightmares. Safety and protection is only resident in God's presence. Let us consider the scriptures:

Psalms 91:1  "He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty."

Obviously, divine covering and protection is only certain for those who dwell in the secret place of the Lord. We are not expected to just visit and rush out of His presence but to abide, to make it our abode. Find out men who have done great exploits in life, they are men who have their permanent seats in God's presence. There, strength is gathered,  confident is gained and visions are well polished. 

Never forget this:

Dwellers in God's presence enjoy the abiding presence of God which is the basic requirement for a life of outstanding impact. Impact makers in the kingdom are men whose essence of existence on earth is just for God and no other thing. The love they have for God made them addicted dwellers in God's presence. 

Here are some dangers of nakedness.

LOST OF DIVINE COVERING

Most men, as a result of their nakedness, lost their divine covering. They can't even come out to explain what they face everyday and night. In a society where everyone is fully kitted people still complain of rape, rituals and all manner of atrocities. You can imagine what naked people would will be facing in such environment. 

The experience of Samson was a terrible one, a man that was anointed as a nasarite from his Mother's womb became an object of ridicule. A powerful man became as soft as bread because he trevialized the presence of God. Carying the presence of God is of no effect when sin is your lifestyle. You can't be dinning with Christ and be mingling with the devil at the same time. Such will reduce a man to the background regardless of the load of glory he Carried. Going out of God's presence is moving out of divine covering.

MOLESTATION 

Nakedness will open door freely for spiritual rapiest to molest and reduce their victims to nothing. Friend, being a moralist does not exclude you of satanic torture and dealings. It is sad that men who don't mess up themselves in the physical are being messed up in the spirit. Some would find themselves having sex in the dream of which in the physical they don't engage in such. This doesn't bother on their moral soundness but on their spiritual stature. If you are spiritually weak you can't overcome or withstand satanic bullets.

Friend, stop complaining, your complains won't stop the devil from going after you. You are too open to the abusive operations of the enemies without the covering of your maker over you. People of great destinies have been wasted by the devil because they are too disposed and naked. Many have been put to death while some are declared wanted in the society. Men who are supposed to be leaders in their territories are now professional beggars on the streets. They have become objects of ridicule.

You have too much in you not to be secured and properly armed. The devil is not a foolish man, he can't be pursuing you if you have nothing in you. The level of demonic concentration on you is a reflection of the load of glory in you. The devil can't be after an empty individual. For you to be the target and the focus of the devil, there is more to your life than you can see now. You can't afford sleeping with all these in you without the certainty of divine security which comes via abiding in the presence of God.
